Divide the players into teams

Assign each team a colour of bones to find

Have the teams race to find their bones and correctly assemble their skeleton

Talk about the different bones and how they connect together

Compare how the paper skeleton's bones and joints relate to our own in terms of their size, location, direction of movement, etc.
