How to Play:
|
Divide players into teams of 4 or more |
|
Have teams line up relay style at one end of the playing area. |
|
At the "GO" signal, the first player from each team runs to the other end of the playing area, turns around, and comes back. |
|
When the first player returns to her team, the second player in line stands behind her and holds on to her waist. They run together to the opposite end and back. |
|
Players are joined on to the "dog team" one at a time until the whole team has run together. |
|
First team to return to their original spot after running with all team members wins the race. |
Optional:

Place chairs for the teams to run around at the "far" end of the playing area. |
